Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the RepsXtension Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

RepsXtension is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to track 40+ desk-friendly exercises across strength, cardio, and wellness categories. The extension features a progression system with XP and leveling, 60+ achievements, daily streaks with streak freezes, weekly challenges, smart break reminders, personal best tracking, and weight tracking. Core data is stored locally on your device by default, with optional cloud sync and social features available when you sign in.

Free and Pro Tiers

RepsXtension offers a free tier and an optional Pro membership:

• Free: Full access to all exercises, achievements, streaks (with 1 streak freeze per week), challenges, break reminders, and 7-day workout history
• Pro ($3.99/month or $29.99/year): Extended history (14/30 days), premium backgrounds, social feed access, 5 streak freezes per week, and future Pro-exclusive features

Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time — your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect

Cloud Sync & Social Features

Signing in enables optional cloud sync (backing up your data and syncing across devices) and social features (sharing achievements, following other users, reacting to posts). By using these features, you agree that your data will be transmitted to and stored on our servers (hosted on Supabase). Social posts are visible to users who follow you.

License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal purposes, subject to these terms.

User Responsibilities

By using RepsXtension, you agree to:

• Use the Extension only for its intended purpose of tracking exercises
• Not post abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content through social features
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension without permission
• Not use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Health Disclaimer

Data and Privacy

Core exercise data is stored locally on your device by default. If you sign in, data is also synced to our cloud servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of RepsXtension be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Extension.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of RepsXtension at any time by uninstalling the Extension. Upon uninstallation, locally stored data will be deleted. If you have a cloud account, you can request deletion of server-side data by contacting us. Active Pro subscriptions should be cancelled before uninstalling to avoid continued billing.
