By installing and using the RepsXtension Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
Description of Service
RepsXtension is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to track desk-friendly exercise activities including 30+ exercises across upper body, lower body, cardio, and wellness categories. The extension features a progression system with XP and leveling, achievement tracking, daily streaks, weekly challenges, smart break reminders, and weight tracking. All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
License
RepsXtension is provided under the ISC License. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Responsibilities
By using RepsXtension, you agree to:
- Use the Extension only for its intended purpose of tracking exercises
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension without permission
- Not use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creators of RepsXtension be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Extension.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
You may terminate your use of RepsXtension at any time by uninstalling the Extension. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be deleted.
